The teapot is 9-12 inches long by 5-1/2 inches wide by 5-1/2 inches high to the top of the finial; the sugar bowl is 5-1/2 inches wide across the handles; the creamer is 6-1/4 inches long spout to handle; the cups are almost 3 inches high tabletop to rim; and the saucers are just over 5-5/8 inches wide. We do not see any problems or damage (no chips, cracks or repairs); this set is in excellent condition with no overt signs of use. Note, there may be white spots from light reflection during photography on various photos that do not appear on the actual object.

We have nothing to do with them, and they are not refundable under any circumstances. Don't return the damaged item prior to contacting us; in most cases a return will not be necessary.
