Johnson Brothers Friendly Village 6-Piece Place Setting, Made in England, 4 Sets

  

This set is for 4, 6 place setting dishes of The Friendly Village by the Johnson Brothers from the 1950s. The dinner plate measures 9 and 3/4 in and is entitled The Schoolhouse. The round berry bowl is entitled The Stone Wall and measures 5 in in diameter. The square salad plate measures 7 and 1/2 in and is entitled The Covered Bridge. The bread or dessert plate measures 6 1/8 and is entitled The Sugar Maples.

The cup and saucer are entitled The Ice House, the saucer measures 5 and 5/8 in in diameter and the cup is 3 and 1/2 in in diameter and 2 and 1/4 in tall. This used set is in excellent condition. Imperfections are as follows: There are a few small glazed imperfection on the back of 2 dinner plates and a very small rough edge on the side of a dinner plate, a small chip on the underside of a square plate, not visible when sitting on table and a few small glazing imperfections on the back of 3 dessert plates, please see pictures.
