For sale is a Pair of Antique Abraham Lincoln Bookends made by Jennings Brothers Mfg. & designed by Daniel French, 1920's-30's. These bookends are bronze in color & Lincoln is gold in color. They are in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or repairs & they measure 7 1/4" tall x 4 3/4" deep x 4 3/4 wide. There backs are marked J. Treasures from Westchester, New York. For sale is a Pair of. Antique Abraham Lincoln Bookends made by Jennings Brothers Mfg. & designed by Daniel C. French, circa 1920's-30's. These bookends are bronze in color and Lincoln himself is gold in color. When researching these rare bookends there are 2 varieties, one being all bronze & the other being like ours in which Lincoln is gold in color, which tend to be much rarer. Like the bottom sticker notes, they were designed by Sculptor Daniel C. French whom also designed the Lincoln Memorial itself and were to be marketed at and around the time of the unveiling of the memorial in 1922.

The bookends are in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or repairs and they measure 7 1/4" tall x 4 3/4" deep x 4 3/4 wide. They still have the felt on there bases, one sticker is still afixed to the base and there backs are marked J. Each one weighs just under 6 lbs.
